Wayne Wright has been a valued colleague and friend for six years. I have served with Wayne on many Metro Vancouver committees and boards.
Wayne is a great facilitator and usually brings divergent views to common ground. You do not have to speak with Wayne very long without knowing of his passion for the Region but in particular for New Westminster.
Wayne has a keen mind for business which more and more of our citizens are demanding of their elected officials at City Hall. Wayne realizes that all the “easy things” have been done and the coming years will bring greater demands on the resources of our communities.
In my twenty one years as Councillor and Mayor in my community of Pitt Meadows I have seldom seen a politician of Wayne’s integrity and perseverance. I hope that he is returned with a resounding majority on November 19th.
