City has ‘blazed a trail’ – Mayor cites new pier park and downtown revitalization

The City of New Westminster has “blazed a trail” and borrowed from others to make progress in the past few years, says Mayor Wayne Wright.
In his 2011 inaugural address, Wright said the city has come a long way over the past few years.
